When should you register with Career Services?
Freshmen can begin researching careers in their major. Sophomores and Juniors should register for co-op and intern opportunities to acquire real world work experience.  Seniors should be registered two semesters prior to graduation to find career opportunities in your field.

Tennessee Tech Career Fairs are open to all students and alumni from every major.  Here are the dates for our upcoming career fairs and a link to the list of companies who will be attending:

Career Day 2012 - Thursday, Oct. 4, 2012 - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Roaden University Center 2nd Floor and Tech Pride Room 1st Floor

Healthcare Fair 2013 - Thursday, Feb. 7, 2013 - Noon to 2 p.m. - Whitson-Hester School of Nursing Building

Nashville Area College to Career Fair and Teacher Recruitment Fair - Tuesday, Feb. 12, 2013 - 10 am. to 3 p.m. - Williamson County Agricultural Exposition Park - just 15 minutes from Cool Spring Mall

Engineering Fair 2013 - Thursday, Feb. 21, 2013 - 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Roaden University Center 2nd Floor and Tech Pride Room 1st Floor.  Be sure to review this Career Fair Tips handout!

Spring Fair 2013 - Thursday, March 21, 2013 - 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., Roaden University Center 2nd Floor - this will be the last career fair of the semester!

How can you be sure you're ready to enter the world of work?  Complete the Career Readiness Certificate program to 'certify' you are ready to move from college to career. This program is required for all cooperative education applicants.
